By using this website you accept these terms. Services provided to clients are governed by a separate written service agreement signed by both parties — these terms do not replace that agreement.

The website provides information about our services. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in ways that degrade it for others.

Content on this website — including descriptions of pricing, guarantees and working methods — is provided for general information. It does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Specific terms (including pricing, guarantees and deliverables) are defined in the signed service agreement for each engagement.
4. Intellectual property
The website, its design, texts and brand assets are the property of Mesmerized Studio. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission. Deliverables created for clients within an engagement remain the property of those clients as defined in their service agreement.
5. Third-party services
The website links to and embeds third-party services — including our booking system (Cal.com) and professional profiles (LinkedIn). These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
6. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for our services is defined and capped in the signed service agreement for each engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
